The mosque institutions are important platforms in the studies and dissemination of religious knowledge. They serve as nucleus producing civilized Muslim communities that able to appreciate Quran sunnah life. Takmir class is one forms knowledge study throughout state Perlis which also emphasizes tafsir. Through tafsir delivered by a certified takmir teacher, correct accurate understanding meanings al-Quran al-Karim can be achieved moving towards true appreciation Therefore, this article will describe books used reviewing five district mosques analyzing opinions congregations who attended related lectures. This uses qualitative methods form interviews, observations document analysis. researcher conducted interviews on selected informants among teachers taught at mosque, while analysis was materials or sources turath writing had been collected. Findings show effectiveness lectures positive levels terms selection their suitabilities with congregation congregation's response taught.
